Speaking in Virtual Events: Creating a Wildly Successful Donor Experience

Prior to launching Duvin Collaborative, a full-service philanthropy and CSR consulting agency, Iva served as the VP of Advancement and Community Engagement at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science and worked across development functions during a decade-long tenure at the New World Symphony (NWS). There, she led the highly acclaimed membership program for emerging leaders and philanthropists, and provided strategic direction in corporate philanthropy and donor events. Under her leadership, the NWS gala became the most successful annual fundraising initiative for the institution.

Iva has served on committees in support of Miami City Ballet, Coconut Grove Cares, and No More Tears, among others. She has co-hosted the annual No More Tears benefit luncheon three years in a row, most recently in a virtual setting.

In addition to her volunteer work in Miami, she is a member of the Arts Leadership Council for University Hospitals of Cleveland, and regularly serves as a grant panelist for the Florida Department of State; Division of Cultural Affairs.
