Nikki Packer, CAP

Nikki serves as a Senior Philanthropic Specialist for the Southern Region of Wells Fargo Private Bank. In this role Nikki helps individuals and families achieve their charitable goals through the establishment and management of private foundations, charitable trusts, donor advised funds and other charitable vehicles. She also works with foundations and nonprofits to assist them with charitable best practices, planned giving techniques and endowments ensuring that each client has an exceptional service experience.

Nikki is a career Philanthropic professional with over 25 years of experience in the South Florida non-profit arena. Nikki joined Wells Fargo Private Bank in 2019 from the Jewish Federation of Broward County where, as their Chief Development Officer, she spent close to 18 years growing the Endowment and enhancing financial resource development to over $140 Million. Nikki brings a wealth of experience in stewarding high net worth philanthropists, multi-generational families and their trusted advisors towards making a positive impact in our communities.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University and a Certificate in Gerontology from Florida International University.

Nikki serves as a Board Member of the Planned Giving Council of Broward County. She is also a Member of The Commonwealth Institute of South Florida, Association of Fundraising Professionals, The Florida Philanthropic Network, and Guitars Overs Guns. She is an active volunteer with the Jewish Federation of Broward County and a proud Lion of Judah. Nikki earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation from The American College of Financial Services in 2020.

Nikki lives in Weston, Florida with her husband Michael and three children.
