Speaking in Virtual Events: Creating a Wildly Successful Donor Experience
She is a Principal at Hatched, a consultancy that advances the brands, the communities, the impact, and the missions of purpose-driven organizations. Hatched has assisted clients such as Miami Dade College, The Beacon Council, Code/Art, Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida and ViacomCBS to increase
revenue, build audiences, lead teams, and engage boards, communities, and employees.
Soledad has lived in Miami-Dade since 1999 and has developed an extensive network through her various leadership roles in major organizations and serving on several Boards of Directors including, Museum of Contemporary Art – MOCA (2001-2007), Jackson Memorial Foundation (2001-2004), IKF
– International Kids Fund (2003-2007), United Way of Miami-Dade (2001-2006) and The Bass Museum (2012-2018) where she chaired the Development Committee.
Sol has been an active donor and volunteer at the United Way of Miami-Dade for the past 20 years. She currently serves as Chair of the Women United Executive Committee, leading a group of 57 executive members and more than 2,700 members in Miami-Dade County.
Born and raised in Patagonia, Argentina, Sol received her degree in Architecture from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires and a specialization in Restoration of Classical Buildings from ICCROM in Rome, Italy.
Sol’s career and philanthropy has been structured by her unwavering belief in the power of giving back to inspire and change lives. She is married and has three daughters.
