Philip DeBoer is a Partner in the Nonprofit Practice Group at international executive search firm DHR Global and is based in Miami Beach, FL. Since 2015, he has successfully recruited CEOs and other executives to nonprofit organizations spanning art and culture, zoos and aquariums, social service, healthcare, economic development, and higher education. Philip also serves his clients as a trusted expert on matters of leadership, compensation, succession planning, and strategy. Have spent his early career recruiting in higher education, Philip brings firsthand knowledge of nonprofit culture to his practice. Philip holds a Master of Management in International Arts Management from Southern Methodist University, HEC Montreal, and SDA Bocconi School of Management and a B.A. in Communication Arts & Sciences from Calvin University.
