As Vice President, Corporate Talent Management, Ying-Wei leads Hiring, Engagement and Development; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy; HR Management & Employee Relations; Talent Communication & Community Relations for the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings global corporate office teams. Before joining Norwegian Cruise Line in 2010, Ying-Wei worked with local and national agency search firms focused on accounting, finance, and attorney placement.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Ying-Wei resides in Miami, Florida with her husband and son. Ying-Wei received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. Ying-Wei recently served a two-year term as President of the South Florida Chapter Advisory Board for the Florida Diversity Council.
